Purchased Movies Gone After Moving

I’ve already moved and migrated my service to my new address. Everything in my XFINITY account seems to have made it over with one exception: purchased movies and TV shows/series. Please help!

Hey, user_1h1zdd! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that your purchased content did not get moved over to the new account. This is usually tied to the email thought should have moved to the new account as well. We can certainly get this moved over for you. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
