Programming freezing/"network problem"

For the past few weeks, the screen freezes, and sometimes "network error" message appears.  This happens often...VERY often.

Thank you for your feedback, user_p3dd6e! This is not the expierence we want for anyone. Have you tried using the Xfinity app to troubleshoot when this issue occurs? It works great and is easy to use.
