Problems with XiT-6 Box
On December 31, 2025, Leonel arrived to deal with my pixelated tv picture. Leonel changed my service from cable TV to wireless and installed two new Xi6-T boxes. The one in the great room has worked flawlessly, the one in the bedroom failed after about ½ hours and began displaying either a blank screen or an RDK-03117 error message.
On January 6, 2026, Alex came by and replaced the box in the bedroom. It worked for about 1 hour and then began displaying the same issues - either a blank screen or an RDK-03117 error message.
On January 9, 2026, Alexey came by and although I told him about the tv box problems he went outside and replaced the cable from the pole to my house. He then came in and when the tv box was unresponsive he power-cycled it. The box then worked for about ½ hour and then went into the same failure mode. Alexey had me go into my text messages and cancel my appointment thus rendering his visit anonymous.
I am at a loss and would appreciate some guidance on how to get my issue to someone who will be able to care for it.
