Problem with using X1 Cloud DVR
My X1 DVR is no longer performing like we were accustomed to. The DVR respond time is hit and miss, shows I recorded act sluggish,
fast forward / rewind is very unpredictable.
Is there a way to record shows locally on the device instead of the cloud? Or speed up the sluggish connection with Comcast’s servers?
I pay a lot of money monthly for the DVR and the service, thinking if cancelling the whole DVR thing.
