Prime Video App launches to Prime Video UK version

My Prime Video App on the x1 Set Box takes me to the UK version of Prime Video. Have installed a new box. Same thing. Have sign-out and the signed back in to Prime Video and it takes me to Amazon.co.uk to have my set approved. Have had a tech here and have talked to Amazon tech. Even had both Tech talking together. 

I can access Prime Video US edition just fine if I use the app installed  on my Smart TV. 

It seems that there is something wrong with the Prime Video app installed on the x1 Set Box but you cannot delete the app and reinstall.


Anyone have a similar problem?

Hey there, @user_c63d1f! Thanks for taking the time to bring this concern to our community forum. That is not a known issue for our engineers at this time, but might be something we can help troubleshoot and/or report for the sake of finding a solution! Either way, you're in great hands with our team here :) We'll always do whatever we can to help. To confirm, you even swapped TV Boxes (same model, I assume?) and the issue remained? What was the final say from our tech, and may I ask when that was?
