Previous channel toggle button?
Every remote control in the world has a button to toggle you between the current channel and the previous viewed channel with a single button press. Even the cheapest TVs in the world have this. Not the X1 remote. Am I missing something?

Got ya @user_6ae11b, I appreciate the feedback, and understanding. I am a fan of the tradition "Back" button to view a previous channel, and it has taken some time to familiarize myself with our "Last" option. "Last" on X1 means the last 9 – and not just channels. When customers tap "Last" on their remote controls, they have the option to flip between channels, quickly resume a show saved to DVR or watch shows on Xfinity On Demand. It doesn’t matter where the most recently viewed programs are located on the platform – X1 surfaces any viewed content in a customer’s recent history, no matter where they found it.
We value our customer's feedback, and suggest if you have more to share, or even a request, you can simply submit your feedback https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form, and select "Share your Experience"

Hello, and thank you for reaching out for help with your remote. I love this feature, and while our process may be different from what you have used in the past, it is still relevant. I am happy to help!
The Last Watched feature of the Xfinity X1 allows you to quickly see the last programs or channels watched including live TV, DVR programs and Xfinity On Demand programs.
View Last Watched and Select a Program
Note: Select the green D button to clear the last watched history. For additional details, see Clearing Last Watched History on the X1 Guide.
You can also find out more about Last Watched here.
