Hi, Anon841401. The data that comes up after the sports app is launched, should still load all the way. Otherwise, it could be an indication of an underlying problem. Outside of the sports app functionality, do you experience any other complications with the box/guide data?

You answered the question but why would Comcast add another layer to a system that was easy to use?

The alternative options are not good. Pressing the "c" button opens a Sports acreen that that is often incomplete. Resetting the Guide preferences to sports does provide the same Sports menu but you then lose the basic channel guide. This is a poorly thought out change. Comcast needs to put the Sports shortcut back into the basic menu.

The information displayed after pressing the"c" button is often less complete than when going through the "Sports" menu shortcut or voice command. I can see now logical reason to remove this shotcut from the main munu. Also, since many people record games for later viewing, there should be an option to not display scores of active or completed games. Thanks!
