Premium DVR and CLOUD Storage

I have Premium DVR Service, but I don't think I need it anymore.

Is there a way to check my cloud space and see if I can cancel it? Looking to save some money by removing it.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Cloud Storage. This link will provide you the steps to access your recordings and check how much storage space that you have available. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-dvr-overview

@XfinityMichelle Would you be able to remove Premium DVR from my account?

Seems like I have plenty of space.

We can definitely assist you with that.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a direct message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.

I have the same questions (how do I see how much CLOUD storage I have used?) I followed the link provided:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-dvr-overview

But nowhere on that page does it give instructions on how to determine how much CLOUD storage you have consumed.  Can you give step by step instructions on how to access this information?

Thank you.

@jslehrer They were able to see it on their end, but apparently we can't see it on our end.

Also, the upgrade button in that article also does not exist.
