Prefer best available resolution
All of a sudden this feature is no longer available on my Dad's Xfinity settings. It was until last few days. It is important feature for him to use voice remote. Without it tunes to small screen / [Edited: "Language"] non-HD channels. Had Xfinity tech come out and all he did was put a stickie note "800 +" on TV. Really????? Was is this feature no longer available so it functions properly??? Need someone that knows what they are doing to clear this up. PLEASE do not give directions on how to get to setting - I know how.
