Power Save Doesn’t work

Had a truck roll and had tech swap out my box. Despite having the power save mode turned “OFF” I still get the message of “Are you still there?”

this always happens during sporting events when I’m in the kitchen preparing food so the game turns off because I can’t get back to the remote in time.

This doesn’t make the video services worth the money at all over a basic setting issue they can’t fix.

@XfinityShawn this pop occurs of any Chanels after the cable tv has been on for 4 hours. This was ESPN for Monday Night Football but this also has occurred on NFL Red Zone and NBC channels.

Thanks for the clarification,  I recommend a couple of steps to try, one make sure you go into your settings and make sure the power saver is turned off then do a hard reboot on your TV box by unplugging the power cable from the back of the TV box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

Give those steps to try and see if that resolves the issue with the power saver option
