Power and SNR

I was supposed to have a technician at my house today and they totally no showed. I have an x1 box with downstream power 10.2, downstream SNR 45.8 and upstream power 31.5. Are these numbers in spec and should they be adjusted by a technician? I was having issues with cable pixelation (particularly in the evening), replaced the X1 box and right now things seem to be ok, but I am worried the problems will pop up.
