Possible Signal Issue
I have two boxes in my home. The model types are
PX013ANM (Room 1) and CXD01ANI (Room 2)
Both boxes work fine, however I want to swap locations. I moved Room 1 to Room 2 and upon booting it was stuck in the Welcome Screen.
I confirmed the cables are tight, tried rebooting, etc with no success.
Could this be a signal issue since I know the cable is fine? Is this something a tech can check over the phone? Any guidance is appreciated.

Glad you reached out, if since you moved the box it is possible the line to your other bedroom is not active which is why you would need to have a technician come out to run an active line to the second bedroom.
