Poor tv picture and sound

An Xfinity technician made a service call to our home on March 18, 2025 to investigate poor picture & sound. He swapped out the set top boxes on our two tv’s. We thought that the issues were resolved. However, the next day the same problem occurred again.

What's great about the app is we'll connect you with our chat assistant that will walk you through some remote troubleshooting steps to determine the issue and see if it can be resolved remotely.

 

 If the issue is not resolved through our chat assistant it will connect you with the live agent that can do some more troubleshooting steps and possibly set up for a technician to come out and fix the issue.
