Please Try Again error message

Hello!  For the last several weeks, between 3p-5p I haven't been able to access network channels (KOMO 4, KING 5, KIRO 7). I get a message stating "We're having trouble on our end. This channel isn't currently available. Please try turning away from this channel for a few minutes...". This happens daily and it's very frustrating. Streaming these channels on my tablet works fine. Does anyone know why this is happening? I haven't been able to talk with Customer Service..

you didn't state the error message and error number displayed. do you see an error message/number?
