PLEASE LET ME CANCEL!

We are moving out of state, and Xfinity is not in our new area. I would like to terminate services by October 11th, but it seems impossible. My co-worker just spent over a week trying to get her service disconnected. I've asked for two call backs and never received any. This is making a new move that much more stressful! I've been a loyal customer for years - never again! Has anyone actually successfully made contact with a real person to get their services disconnected?
