Playlists no longer there

My 4 playlists with movies, TV shows, documentaries et al have disappeared for no reason, hundreds of saved shows in playlists and saved list. Box refreshes did no good. Xfinity support promised they'd work to return playlists and lists to no avail, many hours later.

user_rgry9f Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. I know how frustrating it is to lose all those saved playlists, especially after spending so much time building them.
A few quick things that can help us narrow it down:
* Are the playlists missing on all boxes or just one?

* Does your Saved or Library section show anything at all, or is it completely empty?
* Did this start after any recent changes, like new equipment or an update?
* Can you see your saved content in the Xfinity Stream app or website?

 

We’ll stick with you on this and do everything we can to get it figured out.

I have same problem however "My X1 TV Box Favorites, My List, and custom playlists are completely blank. When I log into the Stream portal, it just says 'Thanks for being a diamond member' and does not show my Saved tab or video dashboard. A system refresh, restart, and local storage clear did not work.
