Playing DVR - Different languages playing on different TVs when using DVR

I was watching a recorded movie last night in one room with no problems, playing in English.  I moved into another room and restarted the movie.  It was in Spanish on the other TV.  This morning I played around with the TV and Comcast box.  I found that not all recordings are playing in Spanish on the 2nd box (some TV shows were in English), but some other movies were playing in Spanish as well.  In settings, I see there is a SAP reset, but I don't know what that does or if it will mess up the TV that works correctly.  Is there any way to fix this?

SAP can be an experience to say the least, @user_59f6e6. You can visit https://comca.st/3jUd6hy which will walk you through how to set things back to normal. You can also just speak into the voice remote "turn off SAP".

Here is another option:

To access Audio Options:

  1. From full screen video, press the down arrow on your remote to display the playback controls.
  2. Highlight the Audio Options/SAP button on the playback controls and press OK.
  3. Available audio languages will be shown in the Audio Options panel. A check mark will appear with the audio you’re currently hearing.
  4. To change your audio, use the up arrow and down arrow to highlight an option and press OK.

Note: Not all programs have a secondary-audio soundtrack available for all languages. Channels sometimes place an audio description audio track on the Spanish or Portuguese track.

That's awesome @user_59f6e6! I'm glad taking these steps resolved the issue and your content is playing in English now. Thank you for the update and your patience.
