Pixilation

We have a problem with a pixilated picture. It is on both live TV and recorded programs. I have a cable card so troubleshooting with the xfinity assistant doesn't work. I'd really like to talk to a person but I can't find a number that will take me to a real person. It isn't channel specific. Most recently it was NBC. Any assistance will be appreciated.
