Pixelization

I find it hard to believe that this problem starts from the connection to my house to the tv. Not all channels are effected. An example is Hallmark. One is pixelating to the point of un-watchable while the other is clear as a bell. Please check your satellites.

@user_uef8or Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums for assistance with this connection issue for your cable. I would be happy to troubleshoot it for you to see if we can get the pixelating issue resolved. Have you had a chance to check the connection at the wall, back of your tv and X1 cable box to make sure they are all finger tight. You will also want to make sure that the cable is not damaged.

@XfinityChristy​ I have the same issues. Swapped out the cables and still is only certain channels. Please help.
