We trasferred from att to xfining Oct 2018. Since then we have reported pixelization and freezing issues at least 5 times resulting in 3 visits with no improvement. We have given up! We still receive the RDK-03033 messages at least 3-4 per week. I cannot view the tv program now on Fox Business but is ok on other channels. Other channels experience the same issue at random times. Our next step is to give up on xfinint and go back to att. PLEASE XFINITY....what are you doing to fix this issue?
