Pixelation

My comcast service has been pixelating since may 2023. Have contacted Comcast many times, went to the Xfinity “store” .to no avail. I have had boxes changed out, box updates, splitters and connectors changed, line  to house from pole changed. Still have pixelation. I have spoken to several neighbors, they also have the same problem. This has to been a signal strength issue on Comcasts end. I dont feel for what i pay and my neighbors that we should have this issue for so many months. I also feel we should be compensated somehow for all this disturbance . Its the worst in evening and nite.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
