Pixelation
We have had pixelation problems for over a year on HD sports channels. No matter how many times I climb the ladder, reach behind my wall mounted giant TV, disconnect and reconnect everything it doesnt stop. No matter how many times they reset remotely it doesnt stop. We all know they need to change the outside line but they would rather send me to a call center in India than send a line tech to my house. I wish I had not voted for xFinity through our HOA, because now we have no recourse.

pixelation is caused by low signal and/or high noise on the channel frequencies that the channels with the issue are transmitted. Set up a service call and have them check the signal on those channels and others outside your home at the demarcation point (where the cable is attached to your residence). The tech has special equipment and can determine the issues and arrange to get them fixed. if the signal is good at the demarcation point then there may be issues in your home's wiring/splitters, etc.
