Pixelation

When temperatures are in the 30’s I have pixelation issues. Can’t get some stations, not able to change channels had 2 technicians out and all they tell me it is in the line and difficult to find. Sorry but paying for service I’m not receiving. Only been Xfinity customer for about 6months and not happy

you will need to request a home visit (can be diangosed from outside). problem may be in equipment before your home.
