Pixelation since 10G upgrade in the area.

I have been having pixelated signal issues since a scheduled maintenance outage. It has been two days of unwatchable channels on all my tvs. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps. No help. A tech is scheduled to come out in another two days. Is it my box? Seems strange that prior to the "upgrade" I had no issues. What else can I do? I hate paying for service that I am not getting.

Yesterday I picked up a new DVR X1 box (main Unit) and that unit is fine. the two other boxes are still pixalating. I replaced those boxes today but no change.
