Pixelation on live sports feed with x1 cable

We’ve been experiencing pixelation on live sports channels (especially with ESPN) for over a year. We’ve called several times and tried different HDMI cables, new cable box. Does anyone have a solution for this?

The HDMI is what the comcast phone support and in store support said was the issue. We’ve not had a tech out.

Hi Andrew, there are no splitters between the wall outlet and the cable box. All connections are tight.

Check your connections are tight in good repair. Remove any unnecessary splitters. Channels come in on different frequencies and Something is impeding the signal to the frequency that ESPN uses (possibly others that you don’t watch or get). Nothing to do with HDMI. Have you ever had a tech out?
