Pixelation on all Sports Channels

Hello,

We are experiencing intermittent pixelation on all of our sports channels. 

We’ve done multiple system refreshes and even replaced our boxes and this problem continues to persist.

Has anyone been able to resolve this? I found many closed questions with the same issue in the forums but not many with solutions.
