Pixelation issues

Our major channels are pixelating. 
NBC, CBS and ABC. Cannot watch due to pixelation. Have called, for a tech to come to house it’s $100.  We have contacted by phone and chat.  Still pixelating, still getting charged for a cable service that is not functioning!!!
