Pixelation issues

We’ve been having major pixelation issues with all TV’s and several channels. It appears to get worse around 5pm ish. Comcast came out changed our box, re-wired our main line, fixed a couple of splicing issues and the problem continues. It appears lots of folks out there are having the same issue and nothing gets fixed.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
