Pixelation and freezing picture
I have performed all of the troubleshooting steps TWICE as I cannot seem to find any EASY way to call or speak to a REAL person. When I finished resetting all of my devices I was sent a text asking if the problem was fixed I replied N as requested. I then was instructed to reply READY when I wanted a technician to call me, when I did this I was sent another text indicating there was a problem connecting me with an agent at this time and told to text READY after a few minutes or log into this site. I cannot believe how USELESS the procedures are for trying to resolve my issues and how NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE it is to schedule service. I live in a community that provides Xfinity through our HOA. This is not the kind of service I expect when thousands of dollars a month are poured out for poor customer service as it pertains to scheduling a technician.
