Pixelation and freezing picture

I have performed all of the troubleshooting steps TWICE as I cannot seem to find any EASY way to call or speak to a REAL person. When I finished resetting all of my devices I was sent a text asking if the problem was fixed I replied N as requested. I then was instructed to reply READY when I wanted a technician to call me, when I did this I was sent another text indicating there was a problem connecting me with an agent at this time and told to text READY after a few minutes or log into this site. I cannot believe how USELESS the procedures are for trying to resolve my issues and how NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE it is to schedule service. I live in a community that provides Xfinity through our HOA. This  is not the kind of service I expect when thousands of dollars a month are poured out for poor customer service as it pertains to scheduling a technician.

I am so sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble getting assistance with the service issues. I can truly understand how frustrating it can be to have a service issue and not be able to get it resolved. No worries you have certainly come to the right place. I would love to ensure that we get to the bottom of this with you. Can you tell me more about the trouble that you have been having? Is this happening more at certain times of the day vs others? Is it happening on certain programming channels? What trouble shooting steps have you already attempted?
