Pixelation and audio "stuttering" on WITF which is a PBS station in Harrisburg PA.

I have been experiencing very annoying pixelation  and audio "stuttering" on WITF out of Harrisburg PA.  It is only on this PBS station and mostly during BBC News in the evening.  I contacted Comcast technical support and the agent did something that was supposed to take care of this problem, but it is still bad during the BBC News but not during other shows.  It is on the HD channel and the regular channel.  I see on this forum that others are having similar problems.  Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_u12cdd! We regret to hear you have been experiencing issues with your cable services! I’m glad to hear the channel has been working better after our amazing technical support partners assisted with troubleshooting. Unfortunately, if the issue is only happening on one program/show on both the standard and high definition channels the issue would be caused by broadcasting signal sent by the network.

So what do we do about this problem?

I am paying for comcast /xfinity TV cable service,

and my favorite BBC news shows are almost unwatchable some nights.

It's a delivery service problem that xfinity should correct.

I completely understand how frustrating this issue is @user_u12cdd, especially since it is impacting a favorite television program you enjoy watching. Although, the issue being caused by the signal sent by the network during one of their programs could be beyond our control. We may be able to open a ticket to ensure we cover all bases. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
