Pixelating Live TV

For the past few months my TV has been pixelating only during Live TV like the news or sports. It is fine during the commercials of the shows but the actual shows pixelate. It does not happen with streamed, on-demand, or DVR'd shows. I have refreshed several times and checked connections (although I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for). It happens on all of the TVs in the house. Any ideas?

Hello @user_e77b8e! Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. We hate to hear you're having pixelation issues. Since it's happening on all the tv's its most likely not a connection issue, but we still recommend checking the connections to ensure they're tight. Also, is this happening on all channels, or just certain ones?

@CCJennifer​ All connections are tight and properly set up. I've tried every solution I could find on the internet and nothing has worked

I have the same issues. Two TV’s boxes, Xfi, iPad videos… they cut out pixilated off and on both TV’s, freezes or shows dots trying to turn to  Fox News.  Every day some sort of freeze or reset is done.
