Pixelating every channel for two months

I have switched out my cable boxes three times. I’ve had a technician here for two hours a week ago today. He tried many things. Nothing helped. He said he would put a ticket in to have someone come and replace the line from the pole to the house. Haven’t heard anything from Xfinity since and the line has not been replaced. 
I have been unable to watch tv without the picture pixelating for two months now. Continuing to pay my bill for service I don’t have. Please help.

@user_p4k8h9 I am sorry to hear about your TV services. I rely on my TV for entertainment for my kids and I. Did the technician run a temporary line (normally a bright orange cable)?
