Pixelated tv

We have been experiencing pixelated images on our tv when watching live xfinity programming and recorded programs on our dvr. The pixelation is not an issue when we watch streaming programs. We have checked and replaced the hdmi cords and have restarted our box multiple times and updated software. We spend way too much money for xfinity to deal with these issues on a regular basis.
