Pixelated TV Again

Error codes XRE03061 and XRE03059 pixelated picture. Was good for a month but same issue a month ago. Xfinity app says no issues but when trying a system refresh it says video issues in the area. Only local channels, ESPN, and TruTV affected from what I can tell. Other channels are fine. Internet is also fine. So which is it? Are there issues or not with Xfinity in my area cause one says there are and others say there aren't? A month ago it was an outage and it took over a week to fix. And then I tried to get a credit and the system said there was no outage even though I have screenshots of Xfinity showing an outage. And it won't let you put in more than a week for an outage even though it was more than a week🤣

Anyway, any sort of updates or actual, reliable information if it's getting fixed would be great! Thanks!
