Pixalating

Watching March Madness today, Good Friday on ESPN HD Channel 173.  All of a sudden pixelating and loss of audio in increments, Notre Dame.  Had to mute audio.  What am I paying for.  Now the next game and  the audio seems ok, but pixelating, what the heck.  Last night on local HD and TBS no issues.  Have new 4k box installed from you guys and a brand new outside cable, what the hell.
