Picture trouble

Cable TV picture continues to get pixelation on certain channels despite getting a new Gateway Modem and having several restarts

As Well , we need to reset our WiFi several times each week

After upgrading to an XB8 modem my TV started pixelating every few seconds.  It seems to happen on all channels. There is no pixelation when streaming through the internet.  If I shut down the modem the tv works fine.

Thank you for the updates, @user_pex6lo. I know a tech was recently out based on another post we've been helping your with. Were they able to check on this as well? Any improvement on this after the visit?

They never came out. The issue was that the xfinity office did not activate my phone.  a technician fixed it and called me. I didn't discover the tv issue until later.

@XfinityVianney​ Sorry, I'm new to this. The issue was resolved over the phone.  The xfinity office never activated my phone. I discovered the tv issue later.
