Picture quality dropping

I’ve noticed resolution drops quite frequently since updating to the newest white modem. For reference I have a 4K box. Cable looks fuzzy, Netflix looks like it’s in SD. I’ve never had this issue until swapping in the newest modem. I have a 4K tv but the settings aren’t changing. This never happened with the old dark grey modem. I had a tech come a week ago and he said nothing was wrong except traffic from other people and Xfinity couldn’t handle it. Which is some nonsense. I’m getting tired of unplugging my boxes and plugging them back in to get my picture back. The issue with Netflix goes away if I stream through another source ie: Firestick/PS4, but obviously the cable picture remains trash.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having similar problems with new modem.  NO issues with old modem.
