picture freezing

Many time a day my service is interrupted ( screen is frozen ) for up to 30 minutes. Why is this happening, how long before there is a compete fix and what kind of discount will I see on my bill for lack of service. This seems to be an area problem as our neighbor has the same issue.

Good afternoon tappev. I was hoping that you might be able to try and run a sytem refresh for me. To run a system refresh on Xfinity, use the Xfinity app, say "System Refresh" into your voice remote, or access it via the Help menu (A button) on your TV. This process takes up to 20 minutes, fixes common errors by reloading the system,
