Performance
The cable service and 3rd party streaming performance has been horrible. I have had tech support, reboots, etc. Xfinity wants to keep pretending it is a support issue when I know it is an infrastructure issue (I am a high level technical executive). The company is going to wonder why it is losing subscribers and blame it on a changing demographic instead of taking care of its own internal business. I cannot talk to anyone to actually help me. There is new service coming to my town and I will jump ship as soon as I can. I am tired of not having a service that does not work and has automations that cannot help me.

Get to spend another Saturday night trying to stream a movie and have it stutter every 2 minutes. Oh yea me resetting the cable box for the 4th time will fix everything.
