Percentage not showing

The percentage of dvr used is suddenly not showing on all my boxes. It only tells you the number of recordings which is not helpful at all. Many others have this problem, but no one can solve it. Please help.

I resolved it. Turns out everything was on the cloud for some reason vs. the DVR. I found it on the streaming app. I never changed the settings but I found it.

superlisaj thanks for getting back to us and letting us know. The cloud DVR is where newer recordings will go until the space is filled. That way it is backed up if something happens to the box.
