The programming from NBC all have motion issues. Commercials are fine.

The concern is not "Home Security Rules And Automations" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

user_o5pxb6, thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I understand you are running into some trouble with NBC content. I know it can be a headache to have issues with your favorite network, but we'll do all we can to help. You mention the commercials are fine, but the broadcast itself is having trouble. Can you tell me more about how the picture comes in? Is it pixelated, blurry, or coming in delayed?

The audio is in sync. The video frame rate is off. Hard to watch. If this is the answer to the Xfinity/Scripps fiasco, this is not acceptable

Thanks for clarifying! Also, just to confirm, this is only occurring on Peacock, correct?

user_o5pxb6,
Thanks for sharing those details. Have you noticed if this is happening across multiple devices? Also, for issues specific to the Peacock app, such as frame rate concerns, have you had a chance to visit the Peacock Help page yet?

Same here. Lately it’s been trying to watch Traitors UK. It starts and is skipping frames with jumbled closed captions. If I quit peacock after about a minute and reload then it’s fine.

I had the problem only on one TV. I don't have the problem on the newer TV sets.

Thanks for your comment, user_drwxpg. Is this happening on multiple devices or just one?

Hi, @user_o5pxb6! We don't want the service working anything short of perfect! Thanks for letting us know that you only see the concern on one TV. This link shows our different TV boxes, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box. What style of TV box are you noticing this with?

The main X1 box. It's an older TV but still has the best picture. The other newer tv's have the remote boxes. It's only on NBC broadcasts on Peacock

@user_o5pxb6 Got it, and thanks for isolating it to the main box. That means it or the cables are having an issue. Are the cables in good shape, and connected well to the box and the wall outlet?
