Peacock

i can not link my xfinity email to peacock for the free premium plan provided. when i go on the website to link the account it brings me to a hyperlink forum for what to do if my peacock account is already linked to a different email. I had peacock but my Xfinity name and password to nothing.  Also, cannot get to Rewards page, just a black screen with circle and 3 dots.
