Peacock with NOW

I have the NOW package with “40+ Channels Available Via The Xfinity Stream App and 20 Hours of Cloud DVR. Plus, Peacock Premium At No Extra Cost ($5.99 Value). NOW TV and Peacock Are Internet Delivered Services”

There is NO way to activate Peacock. The link in the email doesn’t go anywhere, the chat workaround doesn’t work and I’ve spent hours on the phone and in chats as well as in these forums trying to figure this out. We got this service on 9/5 and have yet to be able to use Peacock. 

I have an ECM ticket that hasn’t gone anywhere and am at the end of my rope. I was THRILLED to get someone on the phone who understood me today but she still couldn’t help me.

Still no resolution here - just a “we know there is an issue” response. How? Why offer this as part of a package if it doesn’t work?
