Peacock rewards wont open

I have been trying since Dec to use the Peacock Premium reward.  It shows active on Xfinity but there is a disconnect and doesn’t transfer over to Peacock.  When I log in to Peacock it will say I do not have a subscription.  Can’t tell you the hours I have spent trying to resolve this. Any ideas?

Good luck with getting any help. I had the same issue for 6 months until I cancelled 2/3 of my services. It just goes to show how little Xfinity cares about their subscribers when they cannot even get a reward right.

Ensure you are logged in

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Press Enter to send it.
