Peacock premium
Hello,
I have peacock premium free with my xfinity account. I have completed all the activation steps and everything has been working fine for a few weeks. All of a sudden on peacock it says I have no subscriptions but on my xfinity account it says its active. How do I resolve this so I get what I am paying for.

I understand you mentioned everything was working fine for a few weeks before the error started, and we’re happy to help look into this with you.
To help narrow things down, did you recently make any changes to your services? Additionally, have you tried logging out of your Peacock account and back in to see if that resolves the issue?
