Peacock premium

As a new gig customer I am unable to activate my Peacock premium subscription. Neither my rewards nor chatbot show the option to activate. Neither does my account page. Please advise?

I’ve been having the same problem since the change June 25. I can’t believe the lack of service from xfinity regarding this. No peacock for 5 months now.
