Peacock Premium

As a diamond level customer I accepted the reward to receive Peacom Premium at no cost,  I have been trying to get this service for months.  I have called the 800 number three times and have been told that they would take care or it.  I have also tried to accomplish this through chat.  Anytime I use the Peacock app on my X1 box I am told that I have to subscribe.  I cannot connect this to my Xfinity service.  I am really frustrated by this and am ready to cancel my Xfinity service altogether.

@heinz057 Thanks for taking a moment to create a post on our Community Forums. I know it has been very frustrating for those of us who are unable to redeem and activate the Peacock subscription. I appreciate you bringing your account to our attention and would like to help however we can. There is a disconnect that our teams are continuously working on correcting with our Peacock partners, and we can notify them to make sure your account is researched as well. Would you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

I have Gig speed internet, platinum rewards member, and all my Xfinity statements show that I should have access to Peacock Premium.  When I go to Xfinity Rewards, it tells me I have activated the Peacock Premium offer.  I have been on the phone, Xfinity Assistant, and text......had multiple tickets placed......still cannot access Peacock Premium.  I try to subscribe to Premium through my X1 cable box and I get an error message that it is already activated??  But I cannot access any of the premium content.  I am so frustrated with Xfinity, I am ready to drop my service.  Xfinity and Peacock are all under the NBC umbrella.  Why is this so difficult??????

@user_794557 I am sorry that you are unable to access your Peacock subscription. Just to confirm you do not see a banner with Xfinity Assistant: xfinity.com/xfinityassistant? If you do you would click Activate Now on the banner that states, "Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation." I would recommend going to the Peacock website to finish activation after you do the above or if you do not see the banner. I look forward to an update especially if this does not work so that I can put in a ticket for you.
