Peacock Premium Missing

I have Peacock Premium via my Xfinity X1 Triple Play Package, but now that the Olympics is on it is telling me I don't have Peacock Premium.

My most recent Xfinity X1 bill shows Peacock Premium included at no charge, but in the Peacock App it says I need to subscribe.

Any help here? We are missing key Olympic events due to this.

I am also Diamond Rewards.

DITTO! Same issue here. We CAN access it on our computers and iPad, but not our TV. Also Diamond.

I figured it out!

  1. Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Select the Activate Peacock button. You’ll be directed to peacocktv.com.
  3. Enter an email address and password to set up your Peacock account.

Didn't fix it for me. I have an active account, it recognizes that, but still won't let me see premium content.

Thank you for letting us know, @user_j116m6. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

I have the same issue.......I have the X1 Premium service and my plan acknowledges that I have Peacock and Paramount+ included.

I have been unable to access either app .....Peacock or Paramount+. I was able to access Peacock when it launched and was included in the X1 Premium plan. I don't think I've ever been able to access Paramount+.

I have never had direct accounts with either of those services.

I have spent hours on chat and the phone with Customer service. The last call (September 10) I was told ticket was created and a technician would be reaching out. This never happened.

The next Customer Service call (9/13) I was told this was a widespread issue and it was being worked on. Saturday I received a voicemail the issue was resolved. This was not the case. I still don't have access to either service.

Same issue. My "free" Peacock premium expires in June 2025. However, I have NEVER been able to access Peacock Premium. Periodically I go through the chat help rigamarole, never resolved. I qualify because I am Diamond rewards member and I also have 1 gig internet speed. Once they told us to pay for it for a month and then cancel and they would reimburse because they were having a problem. We did. We were never reimbursed. Still can't access my "free" Peacock premium. :(
