Peacock app
We got a new dvr box and peacock app won't let us in. We signed up through the app on the old box, not on the website. The customer service phone line is useless. We're at the point where we want to cancel peacock off of the bill.

Hello @user_cac9fc! I apologize that you are experiencing issues getting access to Peacock on your new DVR box. You've definitely reached the right team to help! Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
