peacock activation or lack there of

We moved and have a new Xfinity account.  When I try to activate my Peacock subscription through my Xfinity account, Peacock tells me that my email address is already associated with another account. I am assuming that it is associated with my old account.  I need the Peacock unlinked from my old account.
